About the Artwork

5 AM is an original painting created by Camilla Fabbri (Millolart).

The artwork captures a raw, instinctive moment suspended between night and day, the hour when thoughts are still unfiltered and emotions surface without restraint. 

It was painted in the early hours of the morning, at 5 a.m., after returning home from an evening spent with friends. Unable to sleep, the artist followed an instinctive urge to paint, letting the creative flow take over without planning or control.

The composition is raw and spontaneous, built through improvisation and movement rather than intention. Layers of pinks, reds, and darker tones collide and overlap, tracing the emotional residue of the night — a state suspended between wakefulness and exhaustion, freedom and vulnerability.

This work captures a moment of pure flow, where intuition leads and the mind releases structure. 5 AM is not a constructed narrative, but a visual improvisation: honest, unfiltered, and deeply human.
